How do I customise lead status?

  1. In the top right, click Settings
  2. Select App Settings from the left menu bar
  3. Under the Lead Status header you can add new status by clicking Add New Status ,Popular ones include “Open/Not Attempted”, “Attempted”, “Converted/Qualified”, “Disqualified”, “Junk Lead”, “Customer”, “Bad-Fit” and so on.
  4. Created status can be edited by clicking the Edit Button against the Lead status you need to edit

These reflect in the drop down every time you create or modify a lead
