Telephony Setting can be accessed by
- In the top right, click Settings
- Select Telephony from the left menu bar, now you could navigate between different Telephony setups such as Virtual Numbers, Call Forwarding and Recording.
Purchasing Virtual Number
Virtual phone numbers allow you to have a virtual presence in another state or country by means of a local phone number. Choose from the list of available numbers and you could contact Salesx Team for activation,while some numbers are available for immediate purchase.

SalesX.io is set to record all calls automatically so that you can refer to them, or use them for training at any point of time in the future.Unchecked this option if you do not want your calls to be recorded (automatically).
The call recording feature is bound by the rules and regulations of your state or country regarding the privacy of communication for all parties to a conversation, including, in certain situations, advising all participants in a call that the call is being recorded. By enabling this feature you agree that you are fully responsible to comply with all applicable federal, state, local or international laws related to the use of call recording
